Group Exercise Class Descriptions



Barre above fuses the very best of Pilates, Yoga, aerobics, and strength training. You don't need to worry about dance experience. Barre above is Barre for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving and amazing workout that will lengthen, straighten, and tone your body.



Body Blast Express- Need a quick workout? This class will move quickly rotating effective strength moves and simple cardio drills. Modifications for different fitness levels will always be given. The goal is to challenge you to make the most out of your 30-minute workout, maximizing your potential and calorie burn.

Body Sculpt- We all know that weight training must be part of a complete exercise routine. Many people need the motivation or instruction to get started. Join us for a class that will help out sculpt a strong, lean body. Each class will target specific muscle groups to teach you new movements and teach you proper form. A basic Cardio warm up and cool down is always included.





Cross Camp-The name says it all! This class is a combination of Cross Training circuits with a Boot Camp style workout. Expect a high-energy total body workout with movements to challenge people of all fitness levels. Improve speed, strength and get ready to sweat! No guts, no glory-get ready for Cross Camp.





Tabata Tuesday - A terrific start to your Tuesday. You will fall in love, and increase your endurance, with a Tabata-style workout. This workout involves 20 seconds of intense effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. When this cycle is repeated 8 times (4 total minutes) you have accomplished one complete Tabata. Add in several cycles, and you have a great workout. All moves can be modified, so this class is sure to challenge all participants.


PiYo Live®- is a low-impact, high-intensity body-transformation workout. It uses the most effective Pilates and Yoga inspired moves set to a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean muscles. You will carve every inch of your body without jumps, without weights and without straining your joints.


Step Aerobics- Come and learn step aerobics from a pro! This class will provide great workout, while teaching you proper step techniques. Resistance exercises also included. Experienced steppers are also promised a great workout


POUND- Channel your inner performer and rock your body with this modern day fusion of movement and music. Drum along to a slammin` soundtrack using Ripstix ~ weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into an awesome, fat burning, full body workout that will leave you dripping with sweat. Like all classes, basic moves and modifications will be shown. Participants can purchase their own set of Ripstix directly from the class instructor. A few extra sets of stixs will be available to borrow. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own Yoga mat to POUND class. Yoga mats provide the best surface on the floor for this class.


Let's Move! - In this class, basic aerobic and simple dance movements will be used to get your heart pumping, your feet moving, and your soul smiling! Competition is not the key in this class. Instead you will find motivation, inspiration, and instruction to help you find better health and improved fitness.


Lifetime Fitness- This low-impact class is a perfect match for a beginner, senior adult, or someone looks for a new class. This class will combine basic, easy to follow step movements and low-impact aerobics that will help decrease stress on knees and ankles.


Power Lunch- Your lunch break is an ideal time to squeeze in a quick and effective workout. Just like our 30 minute Body Blast Express class, this class will move quickly to maximize all 30 minutes with simple strength moves and effective cardio drills. All fitness levels are welcome, as different variations of moves are given. Use our locker rooms to freshen up after class and you will be energized as you move through the rest of your day.


Rise and Shine Yoga- Begin your day in the perfect way! This morning Yoga class will follow a traditional 3-mountain format in a 45 minute class. Practice breath control while you improve balance, flexibility, and strength. No experience needed. Every body will be welcomed and challenged. Yoga has a Unique way of waking up your senses and calming your spirit!


SWEAT! – That's just what you will do in this class! This class combines a mixture of simple cardio movements with strength training moves to maximize results. Modifications will be demonstrated for all exercises, so all fitness levels are welcome. Be prepared to SWEAT!


Silver Sneakers- This class is open to anyone but it is targeted to older adults and is taught by a specially trained Senior Advisor. Silver Sneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. Members of the Silver Sneaker community receive free memberships to Fit for the King. See www.silversneakers.com for more information.


Step, Pump, & Crunch-This new, fun class pairs easy step combinations with weight training exercises. Abdominal work and a great stretch are included. This great class works the whole body to develop endurance, while burning a ton of calories!


Super-Sets- Get ready for an awesome, quick strength training workout. This class combines 3 or more exercises for the same muscle group. Movements are chained together, performed with little rest between sets. Different muscle groups will be targeted each class.


Turbo Kick™ Live- Turbo Kick™ is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick™ is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out.


Yoga-This great class follows a traditional 3-mountain format. Breathing (pranayama) exercises, sun salutations, traditional yoga postures/poses(asanas), deep stretches, and a final relaxation are part of this great class. If you want to improve strength, balance, and flexibility-then this is your class.
If possible, please bring your own Yoga mat to class.


Wake UP & Move!- Start your day with steps, sweat, and smiles! This class will give you the chance to dance & move to music, burn calories, & kick off your day in a productive way.



Insanity Live®- Are you ready to Dig Deep? Insanity® is for people willing to work, drip sweat, and ignore the voice that says "This is too hard". This max interval training is easy to learn and pushes you to new training heights resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a higher metabolism. Modifications are shown for all fitness levels. Come join us!



"Ditch the Workout-Join the Party!!" This wildly popular form of aerobic exercise combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and dance combinations. Zumba participants will dance away their worries and burn calories while having a blast! No dance experience is needed-come party with us!
